The format is purely a road ride, you can expect what you’d get outside, long flat roads, long hill climbs, but most of all the format is 90mins+ The class length will increase progressively from November 2015-June 2016 from 90mins in length to several rides of 3hours+. We strongly advise that you wear proper cycling shorts, bring multiple water bottles, and bring any supplements you’d need for a long event.
