This 45 minute class is our premier ride for road cyclists and focuses on smart fitness, power zones, injury prevention, and cycling fundamentals. These classes are drop in, and offer fantastic workouts that vary throughout the year. The focus varies from intensity to endurance and always includes technique. If there is a Granfondo in your future, this session is specifically designed for you, yet everyone will enjoy and benefit from this class. This class is comprised of structured interval training. The intervals end when the program demands, and may not always match the music.
