I grew up surrounded by sports, playing rugby, golf, baseball, biking around for hours on end and basically playing any sport that you could play in the back yard. That childhood inspired a lifetime dedication to fitness. I obtained my personal trainer certification in the summer of 2009 as I am committed to passing on my passion for fitness to others and am excited to expand that now to the world of spinning.
The first time I tried spinning, I was hooked. The intensity of the instructor, coupled with the music makes it a very motivating workout. The fact that you can control your own workout, but are guided and motivated by an instructor, makes classes that much better. I can’t think of a better way, with a low risk of injury, to get your cardio in!
