
I have been working in the fitness industry since the early 1980s and have competed in athletic events for most of my life.
I was primarily a distance runner until I started road biking and became a qualified spin instructor in 2007. Since then spinning has been my passion. Spinning is the perfect combination of music and cardio without the damaging effect of high impact athletics.
My spin classes are designed to motivate the rider by using music and a well designed pure ride to challenge their strength, endurance and speed. Each rider is able to enjoy the energy of the group while being coached to work in different zones within their own fitness level.
